Helpdesk Administrator

- Organise and schedule planned maintenance works in accordance with service agreements. - Track ongoing jobs and update stakeholders on progress or delays. - Communicate with field staff and external partners to arrange access and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Provide health and safety documentation to clients as needed. - Coordinate access equipment requirements for site visits. - Schedule remedial actions arising from maintenance inspections. - Effectively manage a busy workload in a dynamic environment. - Maintain high levels of client communication to uphold company reputation. - Allocate work to subcontractors when appropriate. - Produce monthly performance reports, highlighting completed tasks and outstanding items. - Adjust plans as necessary to accommodate urgent or unplanned service needs.
