IT Project Manager

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Group IT projects - Work with key stakeholders and project team to facilitate the definition of project scope, requirements, and deliverables - Define project tasks (work breakdown structure) and resource requirements - Manage the project budget in line with business expectations - Develop, control, and communicate the project plan, timeline, and milestones - Track and report project deliverables to the project team and stakeholders - Manage Risk, Issues, and Changes on an ongoing basis - Ensure deliverables requiring support in steady state are handed over to relevant teams - Ensure that UTM Legal and Procurement processes are followed - Ensure project audit responsibilities are met - Close the project, documenting lessons learned - Follow applicable policies, frameworks, standards, and guidelines for the project - Assemble and coordinate internal and external project team members - Negotiate with resource owners and ensure project targets are met - Identify Roles and Responsibilities for the project team - Liaise with Key Stakeholders and provide applicable governance for the project - Regularly monitor and report progress to stakeholders and steering groups - Provide communication to all project members and stakeholders - Develop and implement Multi Project Management/Portfolio Management incl. escalation and prioritization rules - Build up group wide resource planning to optimize project management - Steer and report status and performance of group wide projects across interdisciplinary E2E processes
