Requirements
Must:
- Technical college degree in a relevant subject
- Communication skills in technical and non-technical subjects
- Ability to communicate clearly to varied levels and businesses within an organization
- Understanding of IT infrastructure
- Understanding of disaster recovery and service continuity
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and to work in an international team
- Ability to participate in an out of hours on-call rotation
Responsibilities
- Maintain, support and develop Microsoft Active Directory & Azure AD
- Maintain, support and develop Microsoft Exchange 2016 on Premise / Exchange Online, GPOs, Login Scripts, DNS
- Maintain, support and develop Enterprise Device Management / Mobile Device Management (Intune)
- Administration of O365 (including SharePoint)
- Deliver professional services in 3rd level support ensuring full functionality of above-mentioned systems to the end user
- Write technical documentation
- Engage in project work
