Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in English (German is beneficial)
- 3 years of experience in business/system analysis, IT systems design, and project management
- Strong proficiency in M365, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Project
- Skilled in ITIL, data analysis tools, and business process modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving and customer service orientation
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams
- Full driving license
- Willingness to travel and support outside normal business hours if required
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and fault diagnosis at a technical level
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows
- Support agile methodologies and create project documentation (e.g., WRICEF)
- Collaborate with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
- Configure systems, create and execute test plans, and validate solutions
- Provide hands-on application support and user training
- Create knowledge articles and How-To guides
- Act as a solution architect and/or application owner, managing the full lifecycle of applications
