Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (engineering, computer science, information systems)
- Good understanding of business processes and IT
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to critically examine data and processes
- Understanding of Dairy Science, milk processing, and CIP
- Project management experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SQL databases and other data handling/visualization tools
- Lean IX knowledge
- Excellent goal and solution orientation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills with influencing ability
Responsibilities
- Work with management to identify business and information needs
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners and Application Owners to implement projects (e.g., Fastec, Augmentir, UTM Target Systems)
- Derive application-specific requirements from process design
- Consolidate service quality and conduct cost-benefit analysis for IT investments
- Serve as the point of contact for all key end users regarding business topics
- Coordinate with the Application Owner IT to ensure service quality and system uptime
- Provide end-user training
- Manage the application life cycle
- Accurately capture and document requirements
- Deliver clarity, alignment, and consistency across projects by managing the full life cycle of requirements
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for Operations Systems and represent Operations functions in business projects
- Conduct SAP PPPI Key User training and possess deep understanding of SAP PPPI usage in Müller
- Lead and implement projects
