Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject (engineering, computer science, information systems)
- Good understanding of business processes and IT
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to critically examine data and processes
- Understanding of Dairy Science, milk processing, and CIP
- Project management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of SQL databases and data handling/visualization tools
- Lean IX knowledge
- Excellent goal and solution orientation
- Good analytical competence
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence
Responsibilities
- Work with Management to identify business and information needs
- Collaborate with the Business Process Owner and Application Owner, IT to implement projects (e.g. Fastec, Augmentir)
- Derive application specific requirements from process design
- Consolidate service quality and conduct cost-benefit analysis for IT investments
- Serve as the point of contact for key end users regarding business topics
- Coordinate with the Application Owner IT to ensure service quality and system uptime
- Provide end-user training
- Manage the application life cycle
- Accurately capture and document requirements
- Manage the full life cycle of requirements from discovery and analysis to validation and change control
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for Operations Systems in business projects
- Provide SAP PPPI Key User training
- Lead and implement projects
