Must:
- Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Developer
- Proven ability to build scalable, data-driven applications
- Experience across frontend and backend technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern architectures
- Experience mentoring or leading engineers
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications
- Define and promote best practices across architecture and coding standards
- Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Develop modern web applications using React / Next.js
- Build backend services using Node.js and/or .NET (C#)
- Design and implement APIs (RESTful and GraphQL)
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Ensure strong test coverage through unit and integration testing
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and proof-of-concepts
- Mentor and support engineers across the team
