Requirements
Must:
- Proven background as a Product Owner (or similar role) in software development.
- Familiarity with engineering or technical software products.
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS products.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Skilled at backlog management, prioritization, and requirements gathering.
- Detail-oriented with a structured, methodical approach.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap in line with strategic objectives.
- Gather and analyze requirements from users and subject matter experts.
- Create and maintain a clear product backlog of features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize development work to balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations.
- Partner with engineering teams to refine requirements, support planning, and validate delivery.
- Act as a visible champion for the product, ensuring users’ needs remain central to decisions.
- Manage UAT and sign-off for new features, ensuring quality outcomes.
- Provide progress updates and insights to managers and senior stakeholders.
