Requirements
Must:
I require at least 8 years of experience in software engineering, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role. You should have strong experience in Kotlin or Java, along with solid frontend skills in React.js and TypeScript. A background in cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS, is essential. Additionally, you should be a strong communicator who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on leadership position, I expect you to lead the end-to-end delivery of platform features and services. You will write clean, production-grade code and mentor junior engineers. Your role will involve influencing architectural decisions and shaping our long-term technical direction. You will collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ensure that priorities are aligned. Furthermore, you will promote best practices in DevOps, including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform on AWS.
