Requirements
Must:
I expect you to have at least 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Insights roles, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership position. You should possess extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, demonstrating a track record of building impactful dashboards and reports. A strong background in data analysis is crucial, as you will need to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights. Expertise in data visualization best practices is essential to make data understandable and accessible to non-technical users. Additionally, I require you to have a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
You will own and drive the analytics agenda, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic direction and enhance overall business outcomes. It is essential that you manage senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, providing them with deep analytical insights that enable smarter, data-informed decisions. You will design and implement a comprehensive BI and analytics roadmap that empowers departments across the organization to make informed, data-led decisions. Leading, mentoring, and developing the BI team will also be part of your role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.
