Requirements
Must:
- Considerable commercial mobile/web app development experience with one or more of the following technologies: React Native/React, TypeScript, Java
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Accessibility-first development through implementation and testing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Lambda, ECS, AppSync
- Knowledge of database technologies like PostgreSQL
- Understanding of messaging technologies such as Kafka
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
- Aptitude and passion for building great software
- Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, Software Engineers in Test, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters in an agile product team
- Focus on delivering working software in an agile delivery environment
- Utilize user feedback and best practices to evolve software delivery
- Continuously inspect and adapt software delivery processes
- Apply great testing principles, TDD, and automation
- Maintain a build to run mindset for easy support and operation of systems
- Improve processes for fellow engineers to enhance the development experience
- Embrace AI to maximize effectiveness in software development
