Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in the Insurance industry, preferably Motor Insurance or strong knowledge and interest in the Motor Insurance Industry.
- Experience as a Product Owner or equivalent role experience.
- Advanced skills in prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and balancing short-term demands with long-term vision.
- In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles; familiar with the development lifecycle.
- Experience managing processes or performance of teams to deliver results.
- Experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
- Technical experience in product delivery and implementation or experience in a project setting.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using analytic tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for Motability Operations customers, understanding friction points in the insurance journey to seek good customer outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, leading conversations and coordinating delivery for meaningful impact.
- Use data and insight to track performance, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Partner with other Product Owners to share ideas and contribute to a strong, forward-thinking product culture.
- Support wider cross-functional initiatives, bringing expertise where it can add the most value.
- Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day insurance operations, including operational reporting and cost management processes.
