Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in product management or related roles
- Experience developing successful product strategies & roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with common product management tooling including JIRA, Confluence & Miro
- Knowledge/experience of the software development lifecycle
- Strong understanding of financial processes, controls, and operational considerations
Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance Product Team and shape the product vision and delivery strategy
- Ensure finance products, platforms, and processes support strong financial control and operational efficiency
- Own and evolve the core accounting and financial operations systems
- Drive product development that enhances financial insight and improves process effectiveness
- Enable cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Technology, Data, and the wider business
- Support the Corporate Data product team in strategic alignment and integration of finance product priorities
- Engage stakeholders at various levels to build consensus and deliver meaningful outcomes
