Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint Developer who possesses strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing forms, workflows, and solutions using modern SharePoint tools, while also having an understanding of legacy InfoPath-based processes. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online (O365) development and administration
- Experience in Power Apps development (canvas and model-driven)
- Knowledge in managing Power Automate workflows
- Familiarity with InfoPath forms and SharePoint Designer workflows
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD integration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Proficiency in JSON and REST APIs
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
Responsibilities
In your role as a SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using SharePoint Online that meet our business collaboration and content management needs. Your tasks will include:
- Creating and customizing forms using Power Apps
- Developing and maintaining business workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate
- Migrating legacy workflows to modern solutions
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into functional SharePoint solutions
- Ensuring that governance, security, and best practice guidelines are followed
Description
Additionally, we require you to have relevant certifications and standards, including a Microsoft certification in Power Platform or SharePoint, and experience with migration tools such as ShareGate and PnP PowerShell. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies is also a plus. We are excited to find a candidate who shares our commitment to enhancing collaboration and business process automation solutions within Microsoft 365.
