Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who has at least 5 years of experience in systems integration or a related engineering discipline. You should possess strong knowledge of engineering processes and lifecycle management. Additionally, it is essential that you have worked in a military or defence environment within the last 12 months, or that you are capable of obtaining security clearance (minimum SC level). Familiarity with systems engineering methods for requirements capture, design synthesis, and validation, as well as technical risk management capability, is desirable.
Responsibilities
In the role of Senior Systems Integration Engineer, you will support the delivery of engineering programmes to meet time, cost, quality, and performance requirements. You will contribute to technology integration and risk reduction activities, maintain Engineering Statements of Work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, and deliver technical management and integration tasks to meet program needs. Additionally, you will engage with major suppliers to ensure technical alignment and governance, support the application of engineering lifecycle management, including design reviews and demonstrator development, review and approve technical proposals from both internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with company safety, health, and environmental policies.
Description
This position is based in Warton, UK, and is a 12-month contract role. The rate for this position is £39.51 per hour (with an additional £5.74 per hour for holiday pay) or £53.24 through an umbrella company. We are excited to find a skilled Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our Engineering Integration team and help us deliver effective solutions across the full engineering lifecycle.
