Prompt Engineer

As a Prompt Engineer, I will rely on my expertise in the Salesforce platform to design and configure Salesforce objects, data models, and automation using Flows, Apex, and LWC. I will leverage Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionality to support AI-driven use cases and integrate Einstein AI and Prompt Builder within our Salesforce environments. I will develop clear, context-rich prompts for generative AI models, continuously refining and iterating prompt logic based on output quality and user feedback. Furthermore, I will translate business needs into actionable generative AI use cases, collaborating with subject matter experts to define and prioritize AI-driven solutions while documenting prompt logic for future reuse. Additionally, I will review generative AI outputs for accuracy and compliance, configure and test Lightning components and AI features, embed generative AI features directly into Salesforce interfaces, and integrate external AI services using APIs. I will partner with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to support training initiatives, document best practices, and present findings to leadership and stakeholders. My commitment to continuous improvement will entail monitoring prompt performance, conducting A/B testing, and staying updated with AI trends and platform capabilities.
