We are seeking a Change Practitioner who is highly experienced in both project delivery and business change management. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in one or more areas of project management practices and will be expected to apply this knowledge in routine circumstances. Suitable candidates will be SC cleared or eligible for this level of clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will manage small projects independently or support part of medium to large projects. I will work within the SSNA Training & Communications team, assisting in the setup of team infrastructure and establishing a programme-wide training and communications framework. My responsibilities will also include facilitating and governing the development of Change Project-related training and communications activities. Additionally, I will be expected to perform non-complex project reporting and scheduling, resolve basic and routine problems, and develop a knowledge of business processes and procedures while utilizing administration and general office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft packages.
Description
This role offers the chance for me to grow and take on more responsibilities over time. I may be required to attend on-the-job training as needed. In some scenarios, this position will typically represent Year 4 of a project management degree apprenticeship. I will excel in my duties while working independently on routine aspects and seek guidance for more complex situations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the effective embedment of change projects within the SSNA Programme at our prestigious client site in Barrow in Furness.
