Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with essential skills in bare metal embedded C++ software development, experience with embedded interfaces such as CAN bus, I2C, SPI, and GPIO. You should be familiar with the tools and approaches related to embedded development. Additionally, it would be useful if you have experience in C# application development, developing applications for Windows and Linux, and are knowledgeable about software lifecycle processes. Familiarity with configuration management processes and tools such as Git, software design methodologies (e.g., SysML/UML), test case/procedure development, and iterative development lifecycles (e.g., tailored Agile) would also be beneficial. Experience with tools associated with iterative development lifecycles (like Jira/DevOps), as well as Docker, virtual machines, and continuous integration (CI) tools (e.g., Jenkins) is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will collaborate with us to support our Integrated Sensors & Protection line of business by developing innovative software solutions. Your primary focus will be on creating new features and capabilities, utilizing your embedded C++ knowledge to ensure code quality and performance. You will also engage in the software design process, participate in the development lifecycle, and contribute to testing and documentation efforts.
