Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have over 5 years of experience managing Oracle ERP or E-Business suite implementations. A proven track record of delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is essential. Proficiency in project planning tools, such as MS Project, is necessary, along with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Candidates should have experience leading cross-functional teams and working with delivery partners. Additionally, we seek individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
As the Oracle Application Project Manager, I will lead the Oracle Unifier implementation workstreams within the Transformation Programme. I will develop and manage project plans, milestones, and deliverables. I will monitor the scope, schedule, and resources while ensuring adherence to governance standards. Identifying and managing cross-workstream dependencies is vital, as well as proactively mitigating risks and escalating issues. I will partner with business and technical teams to align progress and outcomes, and I will support the transition into post-implementation phases.
Description
This position is a hybrid role based in Coventry, requiring 1-2 days onsite. The contract is inside IR35, with a competitive day rate of up to £650 per day for a duration of 5 months or more. We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible and offer the opportunity to work with one of the UK's biggest utility companies.
