Must:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle AI Technical Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA), Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA), and Oracle AI Agents, including AI Agent Studio. You have a proven history of delivering complex technical solutions in areas such as HCM, Finance, Projects, or CX. You exhibit a technical curiosity and stay updated with the latest trends in digital technology, especially those related to Oracle, such as Oracle Machine Learning and Oracle Redwood.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Subject matter expertise in Oracle integration cloud, Oracle Apex, Oracle VBCS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Services, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Intelligent Advisor, AI Agents, Oracle Data Integrator, Node JS, YAML, among others.
- Experience in setting up ODA and OIA, including out-of-the-box solutions and customization.
- Extensive understanding of integration patterns, security, and standards.
- Proficiency in SaaS/PaaS and IaaS environments.
- Excellent understanding of Oracle ERPs' integration capabilities.
- Knowledge of Oracle database structure and proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, functions, procedures, etc.
- Strong capability in performance tuning existing code.
- Ability to create technical solution designs and work on Continuous Improvement projects.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with Azure Dev/Ops/Helix.
- The capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing ODA, OIA, and other Oracle technologies for business cases as identified by the business.
- Owning the current technical state in Oracle and delivering new technologies.
- Delivering digital assistant and intelligent advisor use-cases across regions.
- Identifying dependencies on Oracle Redwood for AI Agent implementation and advising stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Creating knowledge articles and training HCM team members and the business.
- Supporting project and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
In this role, collaboration is key. You will work closely with domain BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EU’s, as well as partnering with the OOO team and the Design Authority. You'll also work with the OEA Data, Infrastructure, and Integrations team to ensure that the technical landscape adheres to standards.
You will also participate in continuous improvement projects within the Oracle applications portfolio by collaborating with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO C/I teams, and get involved in functional/technical design work as assigned.
Description
The ideal candidate will have: - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience along with 10+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Technical Expert. - Familiarity with Agile/CI Frameworks and demonstrated technical aptitude with a keen attention to detail. Preferred qualifications include: - Over 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle development technologies. - Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies and integration architecture. - Team leadership experience and Oracle Cloud Certification. This is an initial 6-month contract position, preferably located in London, although we are open to candidates from the Midlands. The role requires you to be in the office 2-3 days per week to begin.
