Requirements
Must:
- A strong technical foundation with a background in cyber security, networking, or experience in industrial technology/automation environments.
- Curious and adaptable mindset, eager to grow into the OT Cyber Security field.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities to apply skills across different technologies.
- Must be eligible for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
- Work directly on OT networks and control systems (ICS/SCADA).
- Support the integration of projects into the OT Security Operations Centre.
- Ensure security by design across OT environments.
- Manage vulnerabilities, risks, and incident response processes.
- Assess risks from new technologies such as robotics and drones.
- Collaborate with engineers, IT, and operational teams across the business to maintain security.
Description
We are seeking an aspiring OT Cyber Security professional for a hands-on engineering position in Leeds, with on-site work required three days a week. You'll be embedded in major power systems that drive energy across the globe, working on the front line of projects and ensuring that security is integrated into critical national infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to apply your skills where they are genuinely impactful. As part of our team, you will develop your OT Cyber career from the ground up with ample support, training, and certifications available, such as IEC 62443 and GICSP.
