Requirements
Must:
- I require previous experience working with IT systems in a corporate environment.
- I seek candidates with a good knowledge of control frameworks such as ISO27001, ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), NIST, IEC 62443, and SABSA.
- I prefer individuals with a solid understanding of risk management methodologies such as ISO27005, IRAM2, and IEC 62443-2.
- Strong technical skills across IT are essential.
- I need candidates who can interpret regulations and laws and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent presentation, project management, problem-solving, training/coaching, and conflict resolution skills are a must.
- I look for individuals who can track and manage numerous parallel projects and activities successfully.
- The ability to work in a cross-functional team environment is crucial.
- I value excellent stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will manage and influence all aspects of security risk management activity across our Group, specifically focusing on IT and Information Security. I will assist in delivering Security Policy, Data Classification, and Compliance Management in alignment with policy and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I will help develop compliance knowledge and skills through the rollout of tools, policies, procedures, formal training, and coaching and mentoring. Working with individual project teams and asset owners, I will ensure they understand their security responsibilities. I will also be responsible for delivering against the business strategy, the technical roadmap, and the objectives set out in our Security strategy, covering Operational Information, Cyber, Digital, and Physical Security.
