Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- License Tracking: Maintaining accurate records of software licenses, including purchases, entitlements, deployments, and renewals to ensure compliance across the software portfolio.
- Renewal Preparation: Assisting with preparing renewal documentation, compiling software usage and entitlement data, and tracking key renewal dates.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Inputting and updating software license and usage data in SAM tools, as well as generating regular reports for compliance, optimization, and audit support.
- Vendor Communication: Working with procurement and software vendors to obtain quotes, confirm licensing details, and support administrative aspects of renewals and agreements.
- Process Support: Helping manage internal queries related to licensing and software assets and supporting the SAM team in day-to-day operations.
Description
This is a 3-month contract position for an IT Analyst/IT Administrator to support our Software Asset Management team. We value attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
