Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert on Directory Services, identity, authentication, and Single Sign-on technologies.
- Proven track record in the strategic design, implementation, and governance of various EUC (End User Computing) and infrastructure technologies.
- Expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and identity servicing and lifecycle management (JML, etc.).
- Knowledge of standards definitions and management for Azure Active Directory.
- Experience ensuring Single Sign-on capabilities utilizing ADFS and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with Active Directory Certificate Services and securing user data traffic through technologies like VPN or Zscaler.
- Understanding of Microsoft Privilege Identity Management (PIM) and future Privilege Access Management requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure build and configuration, including backup services.
- Ability to design solutions in collaboration with third-party suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and govern a variety of EUC and infrastructure technologies managed by the EUC service providers.
- Support planning, designing, developing, and implementing future identity and authentication-based solutions.
- Involvement in projects through various stages: design, implementation, transition to service, and ongoing support.
- Provide 4th line, major incident, and problem escalation support as needed.
- Review and recommend improvements for implemented technologies to enhance efficiency or reduce costs.
- Assist and educate other teams as required.
- Collaborate with the EUC provider and Security teams to resolve security vulnerabilities identified by scans.
