Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with proven Business Analysis or equivalent delivery experience. You should possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Visio, JIRA, and Confluence is essential, along with knowledge of both waterfall and agile delivery methods. Experience in business transformation and change management is also required. Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. You will facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions, define, document, and manage business requirements, and support benefits realization by preparing project summary reports. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders on strategy, business design, and change management, ensuring traceability of requirements from initiation to delivery. Additionally, you will support the business transition to new processes and systems and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Description
This position will be based in Coventry, requiring you to be on-site for 3-4 days per week. The engagement type is PAYE on-Payroll, with a start date as soon as possible and a contract duration of 12 months. You will work between 30 to 37.5 hours per week at a rate of £510 per day. We have a notice period of 1 month for our client and a 3-month notice period for contractors. The vetting level required for this position is A.
