Responsibilities

As a Cloud Engineer, I will play a key role in our client's projects by focusing on the integration, validation, verification, and qualification of our Cloud and software solutions. I will ensure robust system performance, high availability, and secure deployment across AWS cloud environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. My mission includes setting up and managing AWS environments, deploying and testing in-house software, and validating technical solutions against defined specifications. Additionally, I will write automation scripts for load simulation, performance testing, and documentation supporting customer acceptance phases.

In this role, I will engage in the following development duties: - Integration and Validation: Integrate and validate in-house developed software according to specified requirements. - Automation: Develop scripts to simulate system behavior under varying load conditions and automate testing for functional, performance, and high-availability validation. - Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage AWS environments, ensuring secure integration with external interfaces and adherence to best practices. - Documentation: Write and verify technical documentation, including Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Scenarios, user guides, and training materials. My support duties will include: - Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct component-level and end-to-end testing, including security, performance, and robustness validations. - Customer Acceptance Support: Prepare and assist with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), providing detailed test scripts and documentation. - Maintenance: Deliver Level 3 maintenance and support, addressing software, hardware, and IT-related issues while following up on change requests. In terms of communication: - Team Collaboration: I will work with cross-border teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution. - Security Contribution: I will participate in security assessments, including vulnerability scans, risk analysis, and penetration tests. - Knowledge Sharing: I will provide training to engineering teams and customers, enhancing their understanding of cloud-based solutions and testing frameworks. My experience includes: - Software validation, integration, or similar roles. - Proficiency in deploying and maintaining AWS cloud environments. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines. - Experience with Jira or other ticketing tools is a plus. Technical skills required: - Knowledge of web technologies and security best practices. - Familiarity with performance and load testing tools. - Scripting expertise in Python, Shell, or similar languages. - Experience with database models (SQL, NoSQL) and networking protocols. Certifications that would be advantageous: - AWS certifications (e.g., AWS SAA). I value strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset. I am also willing to train and mentor others.
