Responsibilities
- Support the manufacturing process to the highest professional standards
- Maintain route cards for assigned manufacturing orders and ensure they stay with the work
- Follow approved work instructions and drawing sets, unless authorized changes are made
- Perform wiring tasks and corrective actions to exceptional standards
- Uphold excellent housekeeping across all assigned work areas, equipment, and assets
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, representing Ultra Maritime professionally
- Ensure production systems are accurately maintained and support effective operations
- Assist in resolving shop-floor issues as directed by the Production Manager
