Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Test-Driven Development practices
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and executing automated tests
- Experience establishing test strategies from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to coach experienced engineers
- Strong requirements elicitation and analysis skills
Advantageous:
- Proficiency in C / C++ / MatLab / Similink
- Familiarity with Jetson Orin NX / Linux
- Experience in hardware-software integration
- Knowledge of simulation or real-time embedded systems
- Background in safety-critical or high-reliability systems
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical leader, coach, and change agent for the team
- Embed Test Driven Development (TDD) practices into the engineering team
- Shape engineering culture and introduce TDD principles
- Maintain clear organizational separation between development and testing
- Coach the team while personally designing, implementing, and executing project tests
- Provide objective evidence of software quality in line with quality assurance requirements

Our team is dedicated to creating complex, highly reliable real-time software essential for missile systems. We are looking for a Test Driven Development Lead to join us in Bristol for a 6-month engagement. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our engineering approach and fostering growth in a skilled team of engineers.
