Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, and React
- Experience with REST APIs and Microservices
- Familiarity with Event Driven Systems
- Knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Docker
- Understanding of CI/CD practices
- Experience with TDD and Pair Programming
Responsibilities
- Lead an autonomous cross-functional team alongside a Product Owner
- Oversee all aspects of the systems from design to deployment
- Support systems in production environments
- Foster an experimental culture within the team
- Decide methodologies and practices for the squad
- Emphasize teamwork and engineering best practices
