Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone experienced in Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- You should have a proven track record as a technical and team leader, balancing hands-on technical skills with leadership in delivery, project, and stakeholder management.
- A strong ability to build client relationships, understand challenges, and provide effective technical and project solutions is important.
- Experience managing a team of 6 direct reports while effectively handling your personal project workload is essential.
- Proficiency with Java, Automation, Mobile (native and/or cross-platform), and modern cloud infrastructure is necessary.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you'll take charge of technical leadership by confidently discussing technical designs with clients and aligning solutions with their business goals.
- You'll lead the design, implementation, and documentation of software solutions, ensuring coding standards and the health of the codebase.
- Hands-on development will also be a part of your responsibilities, where you will contribute to coding on projects as needed, troubleshoot complex problems, and evaluate emerging technologies for their relevance to current and future projects.
- As a part of team leadership and development, you will foster a collaborative, psychologically safe team culture, provide mentorship, coaching, and performance management, while promoting continuous learning and improvement.
