Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in SAP Payroll / ECP
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and systems
- Experience working on transformation programmes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to drive programme deliverables
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture across the payroll transformation programme
- Provide deep expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Work with technical and operational stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Translate business and payroll requirements into clear technical designs
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with programme objectives
