Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect (or similar architecture-focused role)
- Strong background designing and integrating complex systems
- Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies
- Comfortable collaborating with development teams and technical stakeholders
- Able to balance high-level architectural thinking with practical delivery
- Experience with mergers, platform consolidation, or large integration projects is a plus
Responsibilities
- Designing and owning solution architecture across a multi-product SaaS platform
- Leading integration projects to bring multiple systems into one unified platform
- Helping shape greenfield products following a company merger
- Defining how systems, data, and services connect across teams
- Supporting data management from backend systems through to end users
- Working closely with developers and tech leads to guide delivery and best practice
- Contributing to the build-out of a new platform used by both internal teams and external clients
Description
We are a growing business located in Newcastle, offering a hybrid work environment with three days per week on-site. Following a recent merger, we are at a pivotal point in our journey, and we are searching for an experienced Solutions Architect to help us shape and deliver a unified SaaS platform. We provide a competitive salary of £75,000 - £80,000, 25 days of annual leave, and a 4% matched pension. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our products, architecture, and technical direction from an early stage.
