Requirements
Must:
- Experience in site selection, property/branch space analysis, or network planning.
- Familiarity with financial services or retail banking environments preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in data analysis and desktop research tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the site selection master list.
- Conduct desktop reviews of shortlisted sites.
- Liaise with Financial Crime, Physical Security, Central Ops, and Periscope teams.
- Track rejected sites and document reasons for rejection.
- Own and update site selection criteria to align with business objectives.
- Prepare site selection reports and recommendations for approval.
- Maintain accurate records in the deployment tracker.
- Recommend sites for survey.
Description
We are looking for a Site Selection Analyst for a 6-month contract role, offering up to £550 per day. This position will primarily operate in a hybrid setting, requiring one day per week in our London or Derbyshire offices. Our ideal candidate will manage the banking automation site selection processes, ensuring we meet our strategic, operational, and financial objectives. You will work closely with various key stakeholders and play a critical role in decision-making by maintaining meticulous documentation.
