Senior Technical Operations Analyst

- Strong technical background with detailed knowledge of cyber security, computer networks, and operating systems - Broad experience with technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, Active Directory, endpoint protection, Windows Server, Linux, TCP/IP, Networks, Cloud, CDNs, and Vulnerability Management - Analytical skills for analyzing and interpreting large and complex data sets - Detailed knowledge of the current threat landscape and TTPs employed in attacks - Knowledge and experience with the MITRE ATT&CK framework - Understanding of enterprise computing technologies - Knowledge of Python 3 programming language - Experience using SOAR tooling - Capability to apply data science against large datasets and designing data models - Knowledge of using SIEM platforms and creating content to enhance them - Familiarity with custom APIs to leverage SOAR functionality - Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement - Technical documentation creation skills - Experience mentoring junior team members - Ability to obtain UK Government security clearance to SC - Relevant industry and vendor qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security, and knowledge of cyber security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
