Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in TypeScript (Node, React)
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, Fargate, S3, Dynamo, Event Bridge, etc.)
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Honeycomb, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Strong understanding of engineering best practices such as TDD, SOLID, and Pair Programming
- Experience in a collaborative DevOps environment
- Ability to mentor team members
Responsibilities
- Work within a cross-functional product-based team
- Build cloud-native, serverless systems
- Participate in all aspects of product development from ideation to deployment and maintenance
- Collaborate closely with product managers
- Mentor other team members
- Focus on teamwork and engineering best practices
Description
We are a growing tech start-up based in Manchester, currently seeking talented Software Engineers to join our small engineering department. As we approach Series-B investment, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our development process while working in a hybrid environment that allows 2 days per week in the office. We value collaboration and offer up to £70k in salary, along with benefits such as a 2pm finish every Friday.
