Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience across Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Delivered RPA solutions at scale (ideally within regulated environments)
- Ability to operate in a consultative / business-facing capacity
- Experience setting up or contributing to a Centre of Excellence
- Understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations
- Comfortable being both hands-on and strategic
- Nice to have: Experience within public sector (policing, NHS, local government)
- Nice to have: Exposure to Microsoft Azure / M365 ecosystem
- Nice to have: Knowledge of AI Builder / Copilot capabilities
Responsibilities
- Design and build Power Automate (cloud and desktop RPA) solutions
- Develop Power Apps to support operational workflows
- Engage with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Define best practice, governance, and standards for Power Platform
- Support the creation of a Power Platform Centre of Excellence (process, tooling, controls)
- Work across legacy systems and integrate with Microsoft 365
