Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on coding background, preferably with strong experience in Python
- Experience delivering cloud-native systems, preferably with AWS
- Strong leadership skills in technical and people management
- Direct experience managing technology vendor relationships and enforcing service levels
- Background in financial services, ideally retail or commercial banking
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a high-performing team of 3 Engineers
- Work with C-Suite and senior stakeholders to deliver new features and enhance functionality
- Ensure that the core mortgage technology platform is secure and scalable
- Oversee vendor management and enforce service level agreements (SLAs)
- Assess and implement strategies to reduce long-term risk capacity
