Requirements

Must:
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) - Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills - Risk management and mitigation strategies - Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW) - Familiarity with SAP implementation and integration processes - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams - Decision-making and critical thinking skills - Change management expertise - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders - Negotiation and conflict resolution skills - Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of Asset Management systems, processes, and best practices - Knowledge of industry-specific processes and requirements - Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and business users - Entry Qualification: HND or Degree level qualification - Recognised Project/Programme Management qualification - Recognised Change Management qualification - Agile tooling (Jira) / Agile & DevOps knowledge - Experience with IT systems portfolio delivery - Exposure to budget management greater than £1m - Management of multi-disciplined teams up to ten people - Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology - Experience working on SAP implementation or upgrade projects, even in supporting roles

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the delivery of core SAP Readiness projects within NP&R - Act as the primary liaison between NP&R and the SAP Programme - Define and deliver SAP readiness projects with cross-functional teams - Engage with NP&R stakeholders and the SAP Programme Management team - Ensure SAP projects are delivered on schedule, meeting critical milestones and deadlines - Guarantee quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards - Facilitate communication and decision-making between the SAP Programme and NP&R - Maintain alignment with key stakeholders, managing expectations and needs - Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Manage and resolve issues arising during the project lifecycle - Lead and manage the NP&R project teams tasks to ensure effective collaboration - Provide regular updates on project status, including progress, risks, and issues - Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders - Manage changes to project scope, ensuring documentation and communication - Ensure that NP&R colleagues are prepared for changes brought by SAP implementations - Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards - Follow best practices and methodologies for high-standard project delivery
