Quality Engineer

- Contribute to the maintenance of the IMS system (Agility), including licenses, subscription payments, and task management - Create, deliver, and review outputs of the audit/assessment program (internal and supply chain) to ensure requirements are met - Facilitate 3rd Party audits by organizing appropriate stakeholders and information, and ensuring findings are closed efficiently - Facilitate the closure of all NCRs, ensuring the defining statement is robust, correct RCA is established, and corrective actions are actioned - Record and maintain 3rd party feedback, ensuring data trending is shared with stakeholders - Create and present data to the Assurance Board and Management review in line with QMS ISO standards and business needs - Provide training to ensure quality standards are understood and achieved across the business - Maintain and track KPI data, capturing and addressing risks and opportunities - Complete Assurance inductions for new starters - Provide support and advice for project and business quality assurance as needed - Stay updated on client, ISO, and regulatory changes, sharing updates with key stakeholders - Perform any other duties as deemed suitable by the Assurance Portfolio Lead
