Requirements
Must:
- Suitable experience in large-scale, complex infrastructure or energy PMOs, with UK transmission/distribution upgrade project experience advantageous but not essential.
- Degree qualified or relevant experience in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related fields, or equivalent professional qualifications and experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations tailored for senior stakeholders and the SPT executive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate conflicting requirements and provide actionable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and implementation of Project Control standards, processes, tools, and quality requirements across SPT Core Projects.
- Assist in the design and implementation of portfolio, programme, and project governance frameworks.
- Create and adapt management reporting across the portfolio, programmes, and projects, including inputs to the annual regulatory reporting process and other executive reports.
- Support the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance of internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a Project Control Analyst to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing project control standards and governance frameworks, among other responsibilities.
