Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer
- Strong skills in TypeScript, Node, React
- Experience with AWS, Lambdas, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Knowledge of observability and CI/CD practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Architects and Product Owners
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the re-architecture of existing platforms to a cloud-native, event-driven, microservices architecture
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define technology vision and strategy
- Oversee workload and ensure quality governance of technical squads
- Provide technical leadership without direct line management responsibilities
