Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
- Background in Hospitality or Retail strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Loyalty & Rewards schemes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with on-site and remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across CRM, sales, and Loyalty & Rewards transformation workstreams.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support testing, user adoption, and change management.
- Produce high-quality documentation including process maps, data models, and project artefacts.
Description
We are a well-known company within the hospitality industry and are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major Loyalty & Rewards transformation programme. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, spending 2-3 days in our Hemel Hempstead office. This initial 6-month contract is outside IR35 and offers a competitive day rate of up to £500, with a high likelihood of extension.
