- Capable and experienced with using Visio to create and map processes.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or energy sector is required.
- LEAN Six Sigma green belt trained (desirable).
- Experience with PowerBI or equivalent visualisation tool (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to support the Integrated Management System (IMS) team in updating and publishing documents.
- Develop and refine procedures for the Sizewell C (SZC) project, creating new procedures and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Manage the procedure work pipeline utilizing excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across the SZC project, delivering process requirements and solutions for system development projects.
- Train and coach others in procedure development best practices.
- Organise and facilitate workshops to define processes with an emphasis on process modelling expertise (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Lead a team of IMS Analysts, ensuring prioritisation of work and appropriate support for the Sizewell C business.
- Coordinate the flow of business processes between Delivery, Enabling, and Support functions.
- Assess the effectiveness of ongoing process improvement initiatives and provide recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a prioritised procedure work pipeline, escalating delays when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all commercial and sensitive information and keep project records readily accessible.
