Responsibilities
- Lead and shape a high-performing engineering organization
- Design and deliver systems, platforms, and services for a sophisticated product suite
- Collaborate closely with Product leadership to align technical direction with product strategy
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams
- Build and mentor Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders
- Reduce friction across the engineering ecosystem to improve developer experience
- Ensure internal platforms and services deliver measurable impact and are widely adopted
- Elevate both delivery and engineering quality across teams
- Act as a cultural anchor within the London office to shape organizational growth and collaboration
- Define standards, practices, and identity of the engineering team
