- Proficiency in MS Office
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of high-quality, compelling bid submissions across all business segments
- Embed a consistent, efficient, and best-in-class tender production process
- Drive excellence throughout the entire bid lifecycle
- Lead and mentor the bid production and administration teams
- Own the proposal review process and drive continuous improvement
- Manage bid resources, schedules, and governance
- Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and strategically aligned
- Support future business planning through opportunity mapping into the SIOP process
- Track competitor activity and gather customer intelligence
- Communicate successful contract awards across the organisation
