Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js for backend APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with streaming systems (Flink, Kafka, Kinesis, Spark, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software practices like TDD, CI/CD, IaC, and Observability
- Proven experience in system design and full product lifecycle management
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and standards of the software solutions
- Oversee the hiring of a software engineering team
- Shape the culture and product direction from day one
- Work across the full tech stack on builds, testing, deployment, and production support
- Collaborate directly with the CTO to scale the company
