Requirements
Must:

- We are seeking familiarity with project structures such as WBS and CBS, alongside broader project controls principles.
- We require experience working within structured governance environments, ideally with large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- We are looking for the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders, with strong facilitation and communication skills.
- We want a proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Desirable experience includes exposure to major infrastructure programmes.
- Desirable experience includes knowledge of contract frameworks.
- Desirable experience includes experience with project management tools and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
Responsibilities
- We act as a central point of contact for change management across the programme, coordinating activities and ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
- We support the development and continuous improvement of our change management processes, including preparation for Investment Change Committee forums.
- We work cross-functionally to integrate inputs from cost, schedule, and risk teams, enabling robust end-to-end baseline management.
- We facilitate change requests, ensuring they progress through the appropriate governance stages efficiently and accurately.
- We contribute to regular reporting cycles, supporting the production of monthly Baseline and Change reports and maintaining high-quality data standards.
- We provide guidance and support to Project Managers, Change Owners, and supply chain partners on change control procedures and best practice.
- We assist in the facilitation of Investment Change Committee meetings, ensuring materials are prepared and governance requirements are met.
- We monitor the quality of change submissions, driving consistency and continuous improvement across the programme.
- We deliver training and support to stakeholders to embed effective change management practices.

We are supporting Sizewell C, one of the UKs most high-profile and transformative infrastructure programmes, and this role sits within the Programme Management Office reporting to the Baseline and Change Lead. This is a pivotal opportunity to help deliver a nationally significant nuclear new build project that supports the UKs Net Zero ambitions and will provide reliable, low-carbon electricity to around six million homes for decades to come.
