- Experience in cloud and Microsoft enterprise environments
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365/Microsoft 365
- Experience with Ansible and Terraform
- Understanding of structured service delivery and ITIL-aligned processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for automation
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach

- Detail-oriented and process-driven

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and compliance
- Act as an escalation point for complex 2nd and 3rd line issues
- Identify and design automated workflows to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Operations, Service Desk, and Field Services teams
- Document automation solutions clearly and share knowledge with colleagues
- Promote best practices for automation across the business
- Influence the stability, security, and scalability of our infrastructure
