Requirements
Must:
- Degree level qualification
- IIBA or BCS Business Analysis qualifications (beneficial)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Risk management and mitigation strategies
- Business, technical, and non-functional requirements elicitation and management
- Process engineering experience, including Lean and other improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW)
- Understanding of SAP implementation and integration processes
- Strategic analysis and critical thinking skills
- Change management expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Negotiation skills and ability to build consensus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Asset Management systems, processes, and best practices
- Experience managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Lead or Senior Business Analyst roles
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Agile tooling (e.g., Jira)
- SAP certifications (highly beneficial)
Responsibilities
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule, meeting all milestones and deadlines
- Guarantee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet business and technical standards
- Facilitate communications and decision-making between the programme and the business
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Manage changes to project scope, ensuring they are documented, approved, and communicated
- Ensure NP&R colleagues are prepared for changes brought by SAP implementations, including training and support for end-users
- Ensure SAP projects comply with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Maintain adherence to best practices and methodologies
