Scrum Master

Experience Working with full Agile scrum teams Experience as a Scrum Master working client side Cross functional team experience Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owner/user experience team (ux) and other departments in house and client side Experience working on multiple complex projects with multiple streams. Able to work in a high pressured multi team environment Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, retrospectives etc) Must be technically competent with the ability to set and track project milestones and deliverables Through understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or iterative SDLCs Working on website applications and mobile apps is a MUST!
